Electricity connection: Connect the power cord to the power supply specified by the tube press, start the motor and observe the direction of rotation. The direction of the motor should be consistent with the direction marked by the motor. If the direction of the motor is inconsistent with the marked direction, please change the position of two of the power cords.
Micrometer: It is used to adjust the shrinkage of the crimping hose. It is 1mm more in the counterclockwise half a week, and 1mm less than the clockwise half a week.
Pressure adjustment: The maximum pressure of the pipe press system is 31.5Mpa, which is adjusted by the overflow valve. The clockwise adjustment pressure increases, and the counterclockwise adjustment pressure decreases (it has been adjusted at the factory, and can be adjusted by itself if necessary).
Mold opening speed adjustment: the speed of mold opening speed is controlled by the diverter valve. It is adjusted clockwise, the opening speed is increased, and the counterclockwise adjustment is adjusted. The opening speed slows down, but the opening speed is too fast to increase the noise. The best value is not more than 10Mpa (it has been adjusted before leaving the factory, you can adjust it yourself if necessary).
Three, withholding operation
1. When using the tube press for the first time, it should be crimped 20 to 30 times without load, and it can be used after observing that all parts are normal.
2. When using the pipe press in winter, it should be withheld for 20 to 30 times without load to increase the oil temperature.
3. Press the open button, after the mold base is opened, select the corresponding mold to install on the mold base according to the specifications of the hose to be crimped, and adjust the micrometer scale.
4. Place the hose with the joint in the proper position in the press head, so that the entire length is crimped at one time.
5. Press the crimping button to execute crimping operation, until the crimping head stops crimping and automatically opens the mold.
6. Take out the crimped hose assembly and use a vernier caliper to check the outer diameter of the crimped joint jacket. If it does not match the parameter table, fine-tune the micrometer scale until the crimping of the next hose meets the requirements.
Four, pressure tube test example

From the hydraulic tubing crimping parameter table, it is found that the outer diameter of the Ф19mm four-layer steel wire hose joint jacket is 37mm before crimping and 33.5mm after crimping. The inner diameter of the mold should be Ф33mm, and the corresponding micrometer scale is 3. Install the Ф33mm mold on the mold base, rotate the micrometer scale to 3 places, peel the rubber tube and assemble it with the joint. After the crimping is completed, the outer diameter of the connector jacket is measured to be the crimped value 33.5mm in the crimping parameter table, and then the crimping is completed. If the outer diameter does not match after crimping, trim the micrometer and crimp a hose. 6. Maintenance of the pipe press
1. The hydraulic oil in the oil tank should be replaced when it exceeds the time limit specified by the hydraulic oil manufacturer, or visually check the oil level gauge. If the hydraulic oil is oxidized and darkened, it must be replaced.
2. Frequently inject anti-wear lubricant into the moving surface of the mold base.
3. During non-pressing machine working hours, please cover the dust cover to prevent sundries from falling into the mold base.
