Construction machinery on the tank tall and bulky, can not always be removed to clean. Some imported machines, such as the Caterpillar 613C scraper, are welded together with the bucket's support frame and can not be disassembled at all. This kind of scraper is very strict to the cleanliness of diesel oil. Many machine operators have to take the oil in the net oil tank, and then open the oil drain switch after cleaning the diesel oil until the diesel oil is out of the stolen goods. This cleaning the tank is a waste, but also can not attach the tank wall clean. To this end we have made a clean air tank with compressed air nozzle. The nozzle is a 1m long thin steel pipe, the bottom of the block with the end, around the bottom of the drill a few 1mm diameter holes. Use the nozzle, do not have to remove the tank, a few minutes to clean the internal tank.
1 Cleaning method
(1) Open the oil tank oil drain switch and put the finished oil, while closing the oil drain switch and oil supply switch, remove the tank cap, oil filter and oil dipstick, to the tank into 20 ~ 40L clean diesel as cleaning Oil (depending on the size of the fuel tank).
(2) Connect the pump hose to the nozzle and lower the nozzle into the bottom of the tank. When the air pump cylinder air pressure rose to 0.6 ~ 0.7MPa, open the gate valve, so that high-speed air from the hole into the bottom of the oil reservoir, so that diesel fuel and splash up, so that the internal tank scouring. In the cleaning process, the gas cylinder pressure should be maintained at 0.4 ~ 0.5MPa. To prevent the oil mist out of the tank, use gauze to block the tank mouth, so as not to affect the nozzle swing is appropriate.
(3) Close the reservoir valve, remove the nozzle, clean the oil tank clean oil, plus 15 ~ 30L clean diesel, according to the above method and then cleaned 1 times. After cleaning, release the cleaning oil, install the oil filter, oil dipstick and fuel tank cover, thus completing the tank cleaning work. Released cleaning oil can be used after the precipitation of other tanks or parts of the cleaning.
2 Note For the proper use of diesel fuel tank, should also note the following points:
(1) Diesel fuel in the tank should be added before the precipitation of more than 48h.
(2) before each shift should open the oil tank oil discharge switch, the bottom sediment release.
(3) the operation to pay attention to master the fuel tank in the oil, so as not to run out of oil to the air into the fuel system, affecting the normal work of the machine.
(4) should be filled with diesel after work every day, so as not to empty the inner wall of the tank due to condensation of water droplets sinking into the diesel fuel, the fuel system of precision parts even premature corrosion.
(5) the tank cover ventilation holes should always clear, so as to avoid negative pressure within the tank to reduce oil pressure, reduce the fuel supply, resulting in machine power down or unstable operation.
