Working principle of crimping machine

The oil pump is installed in the oil tank and immersed in the hydraulic oil to achieve the purpose of scientific heat dissipation and mute design. The oil pump is driven by the motor to output hydraulic oil and push the plunger in the withholding cylinder to move, causing the mold base to shrink radially, realizing the mold to the hose joint cover Squeeze. When the shrinkage reaches the preset value of the micrometer, the extrusion stops automatically. After the electromagnetic reversing valve changes the direction, the plunger in the cylinder moves in the opposite direction, the mold opens, and the hose is crimped.

Pipe press installation and commissioning

Handling: The crimping machine is suitable to be transported by a forklift, and the pressure is applied to the bottom of the crimping machine. The crimping machine is strictly prohibited from inverting. It is strictly forbidden to lift the pressure pipe head, motor and electrical box.

Installation: The crimping machine must be placed horizontally on a stable foundation and grounded.

Oil filling: Open the oil tank cover and add 68# anti-wear hydraulic oil to the 2/3 position of the oil level gauge.

Electricity connection: Connect the power cord to the power supply specified by the tube press, start the motor and observe the direction of rotation. The direction of the motor should be consistent with the direction marked by the motor. If the direction of the motor is inconsistent with the marked direction, please change the position of two of the power cords.

Micrometer: It is used to adjust the shrinkage of the crimping hose. It is 1mm more in the counterclockwise half a week, and 1mm less than the clockwise half a week.

Pressure adjustment: The maximum pressure of the crimping machine system is 31.5Mpa, which is adjusted by the overflow valve. The clockwise adjustment pressure increases, and the counterclockwise adjustment pressure decreases (it has been adjusted at the factory, and can be adjusted by itself if necessary).

Mold opening speed adjustment: the speed of mold opening speed is controlled by the diverter valve. It is adjusted clockwise, the opening speed is increased, and the counterclockwise adjustment is adjusted. The opening speed slows down, but the opening speed is too fast to increase the noise. The best value is not more than 10Mpa (it has been adjusted before leaving the factory, you can adjust it yourself if necessary).
