The hose crimping machine developed by our company at this stage is mainly used for withholding processing of high-pressure hose assemblies in mechanical engineering. It can also withhold two-way elbows, extra-large elbows and special-shaped heads. The machine is compact and light, with high power, low noise and easy operation. The amount of withholding is precisely adjusted by a ruler. The double-inclined eight-part mold base is equipped with a high-precision guide device to make the mold base evenly divided.
Adjust the ruler
The ruler is used to adjust the amount of withholding. Adjust the withholding amount clockwise to decrease, and adjust the withholding amount counterclockwise to increase. The ruler is connected with the cylinder end cover by three hexagon socket screws and three springs on the ruler seat. Pull the ruler by hand (perpendicular to the cylinder end cover direction), and it should be able to move away from the cylinder end cover flexibly. , Check carefully whether the scale is flexible and the lead connection is reliable before starting each time.
Rotate the main ruler of the ruler to within the 0 line of the auxiliary ruler, start the test run, and observe whether each movement is normal. If the piston crawls when reciprocating, loosen the exhaust screw on the top of the cylinder to exhaust.
Pressure adjustment
Crimping pressure and mold opening pressure are adjusted by two knobs at the back of the oil cylinder (see picture), clockwise adjustment pressure increases, counterclockwise adjustment pressure decreases (the pressure has been adjusted at the factory).
Specific operation
According to the specifications of the hose to be crimped, select a suitable mold according to the reference table of the technical parameters of the lock tube and install it on the mold base, and adjust the position of the scale according to the data in the table to lock the tube. After the tube is locked, use a caliper to measure whether the outer diameter of the tube sleeve after crimping meets the data in the parameter reference table, if not, fine-tune the ruler until it meets the requirements. Due to different manufacturers of pipe sleeves, their specific dimensions, materials, hardness, etc. are not the same. These factors will have different degrees of impact on the locking results. Therefore, the data in the table is for reference only, and the detailed data is based on the pressure test.
