1. The machine does not work after starting up
Firstly, check whether the motor direction is forward or reverse. Secondly, check whether the flow valve handle is loose.
Solution: Adjust the rotation of the motor to be consistent with the rotation of the oil pump.
2. The system is noisy
Check the plunger pump, check whether the oil filter is blocked, and whether the hydraulic oil meets the requirements
Solution: in the oil filter or hydraulic oil
3. No pressure in the cylinder
Check the plunger pump (gear pump), check the relief valve, check the oil cylinder.
Solution: Adjust the pressure of the relief valve or replace it.
