We introduced various information about the hose crimping machine from several aspects. Today, facing the cold winter in the north, we will focus on the maintenance of the hose crimping machine in winter. There are mainly the following but three points: 1. Frequently inject anti-wear lubricant into the moving surface of the mold base. 2. During the working hours of non-crimper/pipe pressing/reducing machine, please cover the dust cover to prevent debris from falling into the mold base. 3. The hydraulic oil in the oil tank should be replaced when it exceeds the time limit specified by the hydraulic oil manufacturer, or the oil level gauge should be checked visually. If the hydraulic oil is oxidized and darkened, it must be replaced.
