Daily use instructions and maintenance of the hose crimping machine Instructions for use of the hose crimping machine: 1. Add hydraulic oil. 2.Connect the power supply. 3. Install the mold you need. 4. The motor switch controls the motor. 5. After starting the machine, check whether the motor is running in a clockwise direction. 6. The fine adjustment should be used in conjunction with the forward/backward switch. Rotate clockwise to increase, and vice versa. Then press the forward/back button again to stop working. 7. The "mold closing" of the advance and retreat switch means shrinking, and the "mould opening" means retreating 8. If the customer wants to disassemble and assemble the magnetic switch for cleaning, it must be installed in accordance with the wiring diagram. Maintenance of the hose crimping machine: 1. If the hydraulic oil in the oil tank exceeds the hydraulic oil manufacturer's regulations, replace it with time effect, or check the oil level gauge. If the hydraulic oil is oxidized and darkened, it must be replaced. 2. Frequently inject anti-wear lubricant into the moving surface of the mold base. 3. During the working hours of the non-pressing machine, please cover the dust cover to prevent sundries from falling into the mold base.
