Crimping machine operating procedures 1. The operator must operate in accordance with the process regulations. 2. After the machine stops using, the power supply must be cut off. 3. When changing the mold, it must be done after the shutdown. 4. The joint surface of the mold seat and the mold should be kept clean, and there should be no hard objects such as metal shavings. 5. Pour lubricating oil on the inclined surface of the mold base before starting the machine. 6. The positioning screws must be tightened before installing the module. 7. The pressure regulating valve must be adjusted under the specified pressure. 8. It is strictly forbidden to reach inside when working. 9. The electrician safety regulations must be observed when inspecting and repairing electrical parts.
