The manufacturer of the crimping machine analyzes the cause of the failure of the hydraulic piping system of the construction machinery The hydraulic pipeline system of construction machinery is the power transmission system of the main engine of construction machinery, which can be described as the blood vessel of the whole machine. The quality problems of the hydraulic piping system of domestic construction machinery are mainly manifested in the oil leakage, oil leakage and cleanliness of the piping system, the product quality is not up to the standard, there are technical barriers, and it cannot be used for high-pressure vehicles. The above problems are analyzed as follows: Causes of failure of hydraulic hose assembly: (1) When the hydraulic hose assembly is crimping the joint, the crimping pressure is too large, and the inner rubber layer of the hose is injured, causing oil leakage. (2) When the hydraulic hose assembly is crimping the joint, the crimping force is not enough, causing oil leakage, oil leakage and pulling out. (4) The machining accuracy of the joint is not up to the standard, causing oil leakage and oil leakage at the joint. (5) Improper use method, resulting in reduced service life.
