The inclined surface between the eight-lobe seat and the front end plate should be kept clean frequently. Metal chips and other hard objects should not stick to the inclined surface. Lubricating oil must be injected to maintain lubrication before starting the machine every day. 5. The positioning screw on the module must be checked frequently for looseness. The positioning screw must be tightened before installing the module. 6. Pay attention to the safety of your hands when using the automatic pipe buckle machine to buckle the pipe fittings. 7. It is better to adjust the micrometer with one hand when the pipe is pressed by the pipe buckle machine, and do not touch the machine with the rest of the body. 8. Before starting the machine, check whether the wires and terminals of the micrometer adjuster are in reliable contact. When the micrometer adjuster is adjusted from large to small, the lock block of the crimping machine must be released first to avoid human failure. 9. The crimping machine must have a dedicated person responsible and maintenance, and the operator must be familiar with the operation process of the crimping machine. 10. Operators are not allowed to test pressure on anything other than the hose. 11. If there is any unexpected phenomenon during the operation, the machine should be shut down immediately, and the relevant personnel should be checked and repaired. 12. After withholding, turn off all power supplies and lock the control box.
